Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

myOS subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap myOS, then change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription

You can also go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. In the app, More, then Settings, then Subscription shows your current plan, and an active App Store subscription has a Manage in App Store button there too.

If you cancel, you keep Standard until the end of the period you've paid for, then continue on Lite with limited AI.

How does the 3-day free trial work?

New members get 3 days of Standard free when they choose the monthly plan. The trial is one per Apple ID, so if you've had a myOS trial before, you'll see the regular price instead.

When the trial ends, your subscription starts and Apple charges you automatically. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, using the steps above.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID, choose the myOS purchase, and tell Apple what went wrong.

How do I restore my purchases?

Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Then, in myOS, go to More, then Settings, then Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. You'll also find a Restore purchases link under the subscribe button whenever myOS asks you to choose a plan.

If you use a household seat, your access comes from the household owner's subscription, so there's nothing to restore.

How do I delete my account and data?

In myOS, go to More, then Settings, and scroll to Danger Zone. Tap Delete Account and choose:

  1. Delete Now permanently deletes your account and associated data straight away.
  2. Delete in 30 Days suspends your account now and permanently deletes it after 30 days.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it first using the steps above so you aren't charged again.

To remove only your Apple Health data, go to More, then Settings, then Security & Health, and tap Delete Synced Apple Health Data. You can delete it now or in 30 days.

How does myOS handle my data?

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how the AI Coach uses it, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal or Apple Health data.
